New from Romaco’s Processing Division is the FrymaKoruma MaxxD Lab, a laboratory-scale version of the company’s high-performance MaxxD vacuum processing unit.
The MaxxD is ideal for the manufacture of a wide range of semi-solid products such as suspensions, emulsions and dispersions, and incorporates many unique features which contribute to short batch times and excellent and repeatable product quality.
The introduction of the MaxxD Lab means that this technology is now available at laboratory scale (batch size 3-12 liters), for development and scale-up applications in the food and cosmetics sectors.
