It is well known that sports massage and deep tissue body therapy are beneficial for athletes and general public to deal with pain issues without using machine. The treatment focuses on muscles group that it should be worked on in order to relief pain, discomfort and improve range of motion. Integrated Energy is found by Pauline Chau in 2007. She has experience in working with sportsmen and adults of all ages in pain management issues with a team of health professionals, eg Chiropractors and Sports Medicine doctors. She holds Diploma Sports Massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology with ITEC (UK). She had gone through various intensive training and workshops on lymph drainage therapy and trigger point therapy to enhance her practices and knowledge. She also provides training to promote health education in the region.
