SINGAPORE (Thomson Financial) - Southeast Asia's biggest property developer CapitaLand Ltd. and Mubadala Development Co. of the United Arab Emirates have launched a joint venture company, Capitala, that will pursue property developments in Abu Dhabi, the companies said in a joint statement on Monday.
